IXYS is introducing a new line of X-Class MOSFETs. This new series is best in class for this voltage and package size.

This device has been designed with AEC-Q101 qualification in mind. Because it has a fast diode, it is fully applicable to low voltage UPS, SMPS, DC/DC converters, Synchronous rectifiers and other 97V battery applications.
